Hi everyone and Welcome to my Top Fit Network website. Fitness and health has always been a passion of mine ever since I was about 18 yrs old and over the span of 30 years I have learned and tried many training techniques to help me achieve my goal(s) of looking and staying fit (even at an older age now) whether it be from just plain weightlifting to power lifting to cross-fit training and various other cardio exercise training

And now with the power of the Internet I have a chance to give back and help other people like you and me

YOUR STORY

Growing up I was always a tall skinny kid even when I graduated high school and it wasnt until I was about 18 yrs old that I really developed an interest in working out. Not knowing what I was doing when I started I would go to the gym and ask as many questions as I could while I was at the gym so I could at least have some kind of starting point to get going. Everyone that I asked was very helpful in showing me not only what to do but how to do it. I took in all the advise and information I got over the years until I developed my training that worked for me.

What Ive come to realize over the years is that not all workouts or fitness routines work for everybody, in other words what might work for me might not work for you which is very important to know and vice versa. Another thing to remember ALWAYS is proper nutrition. Fitness training is only one half of the equation, the other half is eating the right foods. Fitness and a proper diet go hand in hand.

 

WHY YOU WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

I think the main reason why I want to help people other than thats just what I like doing is that when I first started and had no clue as to what I was doing, people were really good about helping me even people I didn’t know. Its just a way I can give back to what was given to me.

 

THE GOAL OF YOUR SITE

The goal and purpose of this website is to not only show people different training models and workouts but to educate them in proper nutrition because fitness training and a good diet go hand in hand
